ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing your order including payment in full on grazing boxes & 20% deposit on boards & grazing tables, you understand, consent & agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
ORDERING/QUOTE
When placing your order or to get a quote please click on order form & fill in your preferences. When placing your order preferably 3 days is required when ordering our boxes/boards & 3 weeks notice on our grazing tables.
ALLERGIES/INTOLERANCES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Our boxes, boards & grazing tables are not prepared & prepped in an allergen free environment & may contain traces of the following & we can not guarantee that all boxes, boards & grazing tables are free of peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk, soy bean, sesame seed, lupin, cereals/gluten, yeast, herbs, seeds, sulphites. It is impossible for us to cater for food allergies for the above reason. Intolerances & dietary requirements we will make every effort to accommodate such requirements. It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies, intolerances & dietary requirements.
CONSUMPTION / NON-LIABILITY FOR RISK
Boxes, boards/serving stands/grazing tables we recommend to be set up in shaded & cool conditions, preferably indoors & out of direct sunlight. All products must be consumed within 2 hours after the grazing table has been set up or from the delivery or pick up of boxes & boards pursuant to existing government rules and regulations. Consumption of said products beyond the said period shall be at your own risk. Graze on the run will not be liable for any resulting damage, injury or sickness whatsoever, whether remote or proximate, for failure to consume the same within said period or for the customers failure to take health, safety and hygienic measures in the consumption and handling thereof.
BOND & EQUIPMENT
A $50 bond will be charged on boards & $200 bond on fully styled grazing tables including $100 for prop/display items & level hire. All props/display items & levels, floral arrangements & cheese knives remain property of Graze on the run. Any lost or damaged items is subject to additional charges based on the value of the item which will be advised by Graze on the run. Your bond of $200 will be directly transferred back into your account once Graze on the run have collected & inspected items used for the day of your event & that they are all in its original condition & no items are missing. Graze on the run will arrange a suitable collection time with you following the event.
PAYMENT
Graze on the run accepts payment via direct transfer.
All orders on grazing boxes require full payment within 1 day of receiving your invoice.
A deposit of 20% on the price of boards & grazing tables is required within 1 day of placing your order, then the remaining amount 3 days prior to your event.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel an order on a box, you must inform us 48 hours prior to pick up or delivery to receive a full refund on amount paid. If less than 48 hours notice is given the entire amount paid will be non-refundable. Cancellation on boards or grazing tables please inform us 72 hours prior to your event to receive a full refund of deposit. Please note- in a situation product's have been purchased or ordered for your event within this time frame, unfortunately we are unable to refund the full amount. Boards & grazing tables cancelled within 72 hours of the event date is non-refundable. If you wish Graze on the run can offer a credit that can be used within a 12 month period.
